Colours make us happy
Hello everyone 
I hope that everyone had a fun, safe weekend that those of you who were in the snow built some cool snowmen (excuse the pun). As some of you may know, we ran a wee competition last week here at JackpotCity.com online bingo, where we gave away £10 on the spot to the first 10 roomies to email us with their favourite colour. Well, the response was amazing and within 3 minutes we had almost 100 emails! I’ve added up all the emails and it looks like Blue is the favourite colour here at JackpotCity.com online bingo with Red and Purple close behind.

A cleaner has scooped what is thought to be the world’s biggest ever bingo win - and is splitting the £1.2m prize with her neighbour. Soraya Lowell, 38, from Hamilton in Lanarkshire won the National Bingo Game and its Platinum Jackpot on Sunday night, netting £1,167,795.The mother-of-four has decided to give half of her winnings to Agnes O’Neill, 68, her neighbour and bingo companion who was with her when she hit the jackpot.Mrs Lowell said: “We always share whatever either of us wins and this time will be no different.”
Mrs O’ Neill added: “I have had a rough time the last three years - I have been very ill and Soraya has cared for me which meant my husband did not have to retire early.”She has been wonderful to me. What she has done for me is absolutely something else.”
(…) Despite her win, Mrs Lowell has vowed to return to work.
She said: “It just won’t sink in yet. I haven’t slept at all, but I will be back at work as usual. I clean offices until 1.30am and I don’t intend to give up my job.”

Blue is my favourite colour too!
I think if I had a win that big, I would also go back to work, but it would be nice to know that you are really there out of choice as opposed to being there ’cause of “I owe, I owe, its off to work I go”!

I think that would be most folks dream - to work cos they want to, not cos they have to. Also gives you the freedom to look around for the job that you really want to do. Fr example, I’m always amazed at dinner parties by the number of people who wat to be interior designers, lol
